If you want to host an event and add a list of available events, the WP Events plugin gives you an easy way to add them to your WordPress site.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>How to add a new event?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Follow these steps and add the events to your website.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Navigate to <strong>WP Dashboard <\/strong>&gt; <strong>Events &gt; Add new&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/paper-attachments.dropbox.com\/s_DBB3520F20E20AC3E8059B8B900DA0B9DF1D1507EC4B1EF4CA061F2FEC820BF4_1632301832511_image.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Add <strong>Event title and Event description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/paper-attachments.dropbox.com\/s_DBB3520F20E20AC3E8059B8B900DA0B9DF1D1507EC4B1EF4CA061F2FEC820BF4_1613639711614_add.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Insert <strong>Event details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\">Seminars Settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All event-related settings are available here. (User will be redirected here for registration).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Available Seats<\/strong>: Insert the total no of users for whom you are going to host the event i-e: 10, 25, 50.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Remaining Seats: <\/strong>Read-only field to show remaining seats for your event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Map URL<\/strong>: Add address link to integrate with Google Maps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Confirmation Mail Message:<\/strong> Add a customized confirmation mail message here.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/paper-attachments.dropbox.com\/s_715E4E8002C0D3C317667B47046FDCDF4A482E06D7A02872506C97BFE218B824_1626703531948_image.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>Contact person&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These email notifications are a type of triggered email that will be sent in response to any form submission. The user which you will select from the drop-down will receive an email notification when someone registers for the seminar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/paper-attachments.dropbox.com\/s_DBB3520F20E20AC3E8059B8B900DA0B9DF1D1507EC4B1EF4CA061F2FEC820BF4_1613639557553_Contact+person.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>Assign category if required<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can select a category from the dropdown if required&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/paper-attachments.dropbox.com\/s_DBB3520F20E20AC3E8059B8B900DA0B9DF1D1507EC4B1EF4CA061F2FEC820BF4_1627940939877_image.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All done!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, select the visibility type:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Public<\/strong>: The event will be visible to everyone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Private<\/strong>: &nbsp;Only site admins and editors can see the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Password Protected:<\/strong> Add the password.
