Integrate Zapier with Zoom.
1. Create the ZAP.
To create the zap, you need first to login your account and click on the “Create ZAP ” as I have mentioned in the below screenshot.

Once you will click on this, you will redirect to the new window where you will get below two options. Select the left one.

After clicking the Open Editor, you will get the below window. Here you will add the ZAP name which you want and search “Webhook” in the search bar and select it.


When you select this app, you will get the below window. Choose “Catch Hook” option for the Trigger Event and then click on Continue button.

You will get a webhook url. Copy that URL and paste it into the event backend on which you want to use that webhook. Open your event and scroll down, Check the Enable Zapier check and paste that copy webhook under the Enable option field.


Once you will do the above process. Simply save your event in the WP Event backend and ON zapier window, simple click to continue button.
After the above process. Open the Seminar/Event form frontend on which you have added that webhook and submit the form with the data.
And then go the the Zapier window and click to the Test Trigger button for testing the zapier integration with WP event form.
After test trigger process, you will get all the data which you have submitted in the attached form.

Click the continue button for integrate that ZAP with the ZOOM.
2. Integrate Zoom with Zap.
After the continue button, you will get the Action box. On that box, search Zoom in the search bar and select the Zoom app, then select the option from the below one which you want to select.


- If you want to create the meeting on form submission, select the first option.
- If you want to register the user on any meeting schedule in zoom, select the second option.
- If you want to register the user on any webinar you want to use with this zap, select the third option.
- And then click on continue button
Choose a Zoom account or connect new account with this Zap by selecting the option and then click to Continue button.

I have selected the Registrant for Webinar that’s why the list showing the Webinar lists. Select the list you want to attach with this Zap to integrate the data of the WP event form from Zapier to Zoom.

Select the Name and Email catch field in these two fields below.

When you will select the both fields catch data, click on the continue button and then you will redirect to the final step which is Test Action.

Click on the Test & Continue button for completing the test process and then click on the Run this ZAP button.
Your ZAP will successfully create and will integrate with the attached webinar/meeting list in zoom and will share all your submitted WPEvents form data into the selected Webinar/Meeting list.
